Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on TennisSouvenirs.com and go to “Order History.”
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
